Why We pray
At Micah Mission, prayer is one of the ways we walk alongside people with compassion and care. We believe prayer creates space for honesty, hope, and connection - especially in seasons when words are hard to find.
Submitting a prayer request does not require commitment, participation, or belief. It is simply an invitation to be held in prayer by a community that cares.

Standing in the Gap Prayer Team
The Standing in the Gap Prayer Team is a group of individuals committed to praying regularly for Micah Mission and the work God is doing in and through our community.
Members of this team receive non-confidential prayer requests and organizational prayer needs, including updates related to programs, leadership, volunteers, and community outreach. These shared requests allow us to pray together with clarity, unity, and purpose.
This is a quiet but powerful way to support Micah Mission—through faithful presence, intercession, and care.

Micah Mission is grounded in the Christian faith and offers prayer as an expression of care and hope. You do not need to share our faith to request prayer. All are welcome.
