The faith convictions that shape how
Rooted in Faith
Micah Mission is a Christian nonprofit grounded in the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. Our faith shapes not only what we believe, but how we live, serve, and lead within the community.
We are guided by the words of Micah 6:8 - to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God. This calling informs our posture toward every person we encounter and every partnership we pursue. Faith, for us, is not a label - it is a way of life lived out through compassion, integrity, and relationship.

What Shapes Our Work
We believe every person is created in the image of God and carries inherent dignity and worth. No one is defined by their circumstances, struggles, or past.
We believe real transformation happens through real relationships. Programs alone do not change lives - people do. That is why we prioritize presence, consistency, and trust over quick solutions.
We believe God is already at work in the lives of those we serve, and we are invited to come alongside - not to fix, but to walk with humility, compassion, and hope.

Core Christian Beliefs
Micah Mission is a Christian ministry rooted in the historic Christian faith. The following beliefs form the foundation of who we are, how we serve, and why we walk alongside others with humility, compassion, and hope.
God
We believe in one God - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - Creator of all things and present with us in love, truth, and grace.
scripture
We believe the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is inspired by God and provides guidance for faith, life, and following Jesus.
humanity
We believe all people are created in God’s image, yet all are affected by sin and brokenness, resulting in separation from God and one another.
jesus christ
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God who lived, died, and rose again. Through His life, death, and resurrection, forgiveness, restoration, and new life are made available to all who turn to Him.
salvation & transformation
We believe salvation is a gift of grace received through faith. As people follow Jesus, God continues to transform hearts and lives through the work of the Holy Spirit.
the holy spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is present and active—guiding, strengthening, comforting, and empowering believers to live out their faith.
hope & restoration
We believe Jesus will return and that God’s ultimate purpose is the restoration of all things. Until then, we live with hope, seeking justice, healing, and reconciliation in the world.
These beliefs do not exist only to be stated - they are meant to be lived out
through love, service, humility, and faithful presence in the lives of our neighbors.
Faith Lived Out
While Micah Mission is rooted in the Christian faith, we serve and partner with people of all beliefs and backgrounds. No one is required to share our faith to receive care, belong, or participate in community.
Our prayer is that through love, humility, and faithful presence, the heart of Christ is reflected in every interaction - offering hope, dignity, and belonging to all.
