A Place Where Your Soul
Can Breathe.

Life can be heavy.
Sometimes we carry more questions than answers. More worries than certainty. More exhaustion than strength.

And sometimes what we need most isn't another explanation, another expectation, or someone telling us what we should believe.
Sometimes we simply need a place to breathe.
At Micah Mission and the H.U.B., we believe caring for people means caring about the whole person—body, mind, heart, and soul.
Whether you're grounded in faith, searching for answers, carrying doubts, or simply looking for encouragement, there's room for you here.

No pressure. No expectations. Just an invitation to experience hope, encouragement, and community.

Act Justly. Love Mercy. Walk Humbly. — Micah 6:8

Faith That Moves Us Toward People.

Three simple instructions...One powerful calling.

Micah Mission was born from a simple but powerful calling found in the words of the prophet Micah: Act Justly. Love Mercy. Walk Humbly. - Micah 6:8 These aren't simply words we place on a wall or include in our name. They're a challenge to how we live, how we treat people, and how we respond to the needs of our community.

We believe faith should move us toward people, not away from them. Toward the person who feels forgotten. Toward the family struggling to make ends meet. Toward the neighbor who needs someone to listen. Toward those who simply need a place where they can feel seen, valued, and welcomed.

Because faith becomes meaningful when compassion becomes action.

Act Justly

We believe every person deserves dignity, fairness, and the opportunity to be treated as someone who matters.
Acting justly means refusing to look past people simply because their circumstances are difficult. It means recognizing the worth of every individual and working to remove barriers that keep people from finding stability, connection, and hope.
Justice begins when we choose to see people rather than their circumstances.

Love Mercy

Mercy is more than feeling compassion for someone.
It's choosing to show up.
It's sharing a meal, offering clean clothing, listening without judgment, and extending kindness when someone needs it most. We believe compassion should never be something people have to earn.
Mercy becomes real when love takes action.

Walk Humbly

We don't believe we're called to stand above people or assume we have all the answers. We're called to walk alongside one another.
To listen. To learn. To recognize that every person brings experiences, wisdom, and value to the community. Humility reminds us that relationships aren't built by fixing people. They're built by recognizing our shared humanity.
We walk together because none of us was meant to make the journey alone.

Faith Is Something We Live.

We believe the measure of our faith isn't found only in what happens during a gathering or what we say
on a Sunday. It's found in the way we welcome someone on a difficult day. In the patience we extend
when life is complicated. In the dignity we protect when someone feels vulnerable. And in the
relationships we build when we choose to walk alongside one another.

At Micah Mission, faith is not simply something we talk about. It's something we seek to live every day.

Where Faith Becomes Hospitality.

At "the H.U.B.", these values become part of everyday life. A meal shared around a table.
A conversation that reminds someone they aren't alone. Help finding a needed resource.
A moment of encouragement when the road ahead feels uncertain.

These may seem like small things. But we believe small acts of compassion

can open the door to something much greater.
Hope often begins when someone realizes they matter.

Act Justly. Love Mercy. Walk Humbly.

Not simply words we believe. A way of life we're learning to live.

FAITH WITHOUT CONDITIONS

You Belong
Before You Believe.

You don't have to share our faith
to share our table.

At Micah Mission and the H.U.B., our Christian faith is part of who we are. It shapes our compassion, guides our values, and inspires us to serve. But here's something we want you to know. You don't have to believe what we believe to belong here.
You don't have to attend a church. You don't have to participate in prayer. You don't have to agree with our understanding of faith or have answers to life's difficult questions.
Maybe faith has been a source of strength in your life. Maybe it's something you're still exploring. Maybe you've experienced hurt, rejection, or disappointment in a religious community. Or maybe faith simply isn't part of your life. Whatever your story, you are welcome.

We believe dignity isn't something people earn by believing the right things, making the right decisions, or having their lives together. Dignity belongs to every person. And at the H.U.B., we want that belief to be reflected in the way we welcome you, listen to you, and walk alongside you. Because compassion should never come with conditions.

Our Welcome Has No Religious Requirements.

You never have to participate in prayer, worship,
religious conversations, or spiritual activities
to receive available services at the H.U.B.

Spiritual care is always an invitation, never an expectation.

Come As You Are.

You don't have to have everything figured out. Bring your questions, your struggles, your hopes, and your story. You don't need to become someone different before you walk through our doors. There's room for you here.

Be Seen. Be Heard.

Everyone has a story worth hearing. We believe listening is one of the simplest and most meaningful ways to demonstrate compassion. You deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. Your story matters.

Walk at Your Own Pace.

Faith, healing, and personal growth aren't journeys that look the same for everyone. You are welcome to ask questions, explore, participate, or simply enjoy being part of the community. Your journey deserves respect.

There's Always Room for One More

Sometimes belonging begins with something as simple as a shared meal, a friendly conversation, or someone remembering your name. That's the kind of community we're working to build at the H.U.B. A place where people aren't defined by their circumstances. Where questions are welcome. Where differences don't have to become divisions. And where everyone has something valuable to bring to the table. We hope you'll come experience it for yourself.

Our faith may be what brings us to the table.
But our shared humanity is what makes room for everyone.

CARING FOR THE WHOLE PERSON

Care for the Soul Looks Different for Everyone.

Sometimes the most meaningful thing
We can offer is simply our presence.

Life doesn't affect everyone the same way. Some people are carrying grief. Others are struggling with uncertainty, loneliness, or the weight of circumstances they never expected to face. Some are searching for answers about faith. Others are simply trying to make it through another difficult day.
At Micah Mission and the H.U.B., we believe caring for the whole person means recognizing that our emotional, relational, and spiritual needs matter, too. And we understand that care doesn't look the same for everyone. Sometimes it means praying together. Sometimes it means sharing words of encouragement. Sometimes it means listening without judgment. And sometimes it means simply being there.
Whatever the moment calls for, our desire is to meet people with compassion, respect, and genuine care.

Someone to Listen.

Encouragement for the Journey.

Sometimes life becomes overwhelming, and what we need most is someone willing to listen. Not someone rushing to give advice. Not someone trying to fix everything. Just someone who will take the time to hear our story. At the H.U.B., we believe listening is an expression of dignity. It reminds people that their experiences matter and that they deserve to be heard.
Sometimes being heard is the beginning of hope.
There are moments when the road ahead feels longer than the strength we have left. A kind word, a reminder that we matter, or someone believing in us can make a meaningful difference. We want the H.U.B. to be a place where encouragement is offered freely. Not empty promises that everything will be easy. But genuine reminders that difficult circumstances don't have to define our future. Hope grows when someone reminds us that tomorrow can be different.

Prayer When You Want It.

A Place to Simply Be.

For many people, prayer is a source of comfort, strength, and connection with God. Sometimes people want someone to pray with them. Sometimes they have something they're thankful for. And sometimes they're carrying something they don't know how to put into words. When someone welcomes prayer, we're glad to share that moment with them. But prayer is always an invitation. Never a requirement. Never a condition for receiving assistance. And never something anyone should feel pressured to participate in. Your choice will always be respected.
Not every difficult moment needs words. Sometimes we need a quiet place to sit. A friendly face. A shared meal. A little laughter. Or simply the comfort of knowing we don't have to face everything alone. At the H.U.B., we believe presence matters. We don't have to fill every silence or have an answer for every question. Sometimes the most meaningful thing we can offer is the simple reminder that someone cares. You don't always need the right words to find a place where you belong.

We Don't Believe Every Moment Needs an Answer.

Sometimes people need answers. Sometimes they need resources. Sometimes they need prayer.
And sometimes they need someone willing to sit with them in the middle of uncertainty.

At Micah Mission, we believe caring for someone's soul begins with recognizing the person in front of us.

Not their circumstances. Not their beliefs. Not what we think they should do next.

Just a person who deserves compassion, dignity, and the opportunity to be heard.

You Don't Have to Walk Through Everything Alone.

Whether you're looking for encouragement, have questions about faith, would appreciate someone praying with you, or simply want a place to connect with others, you're welcome at the H.U.B. You don't have to know exactly what you need before you come. Sometimes the first step is simply showing up. There's room for you here.

Sometimes caring for the soul means sharing our faith.
Sometimes it means sharing our time.
And sometimes it means sharing the silence.
Every expression of genuine compassion matters.

Sunday Evenings at Micah Mission

More Than a Meal. A Place to Belong.

Good soup. Fresh salad. Meaningful conversations. Encouragement for the journey.

There's something special about gathering around a table. Conversations happen. Friendships grow. Laughter is shared. And sometimes, the simple act of sitting down together reminds us that we're not as alone as we thought. That's the heart of Soup, Salad & Care for the Soul.
Every Sunday, we gather at Micah Mission for something that's about much more than a meal. Yes, there's soup. Yes, there's salad. And there's always room for good conversation. But there's also an opportunity to slow down, connect with others, share encouragement, and reflect on the things that matter most in life. We share an inspirational message rooted in faith, hope, and the challenges we all face.
Some people come because they enjoy the message. Others come for the friendships, the food, or simply the opportunity to be part of a welcoming community. Whatever brings you through the door, we're glad you're here. Because at Micah Mission, we believe the table should be a place where people are welcomed, valued, and reminded that their lives matter.

A Meal Shared Together

There's something meaningful about sharing a meal. Each Sunday, we gather around the table for delicious soup, fresh salad, and the opportunity to enjoy time together.
It's not about where you've been or what you're going through. It's about making room for one another.
Because everyone deserves a place at the table.

Conversations That Matter.

Some of life's most meaningful moments begin with a simple conversation. At Soup, Salad & Care for the Soul, there's room for laughter, questions, friendships, and honest discussions about life.
You don't need to have the right answers. You don't even have to know anyone when you arrive. Sometimes a conversation is where belonging begins.

Encouragement for the Soul.

Life brings challenges, questions, disappointments, and unexpected turns. Each Sunday, we share an inspirational message that connects faith with the realities of everyday life. Our desire isn't simply to give people something to think about.
It's to offer encouragement they can carry into the week ahead.
Because a little hope can make a meaningful difference.

join us at the table. You're welcome to listen, reflect, ask questions, or simply enjoy being part of the community.
Our invitation is simple: Come as you are. There's room for you here.

Sometimes Hope Is Served Around a Table.

A bowl of soup...A fresh salad...A meaningful conversation...A word of encouragement.
And a reminder that no matter what life has brought your way, you don't have to walk through it alone.
That's Soup, Salad & Care for the Soul.

THE POWER OF BEING PRESENT

Sometimes Hope Begins With a Conversation.

Because being seen, heard, and remembered changes everything.

There's something powerful about someone remembering your name.
Not because you're on a list.
Not because you have an appointment.
Not because you need something.
But simply because you matter.

At Micah Mission and the H.U.B., we believe meaningful relationships
are just as important as the resources we provide.
A meal can help someone through the day.
Clean clothing can restore a sense of dignity.
Access to resources can open doors toward greater stability.
But a genuine relationship can remind someone that they aren't invisible.

Sometimes hope begins when someone realizes they're more than
a circumstance, a statistic, or a problem waiting to be solved.

More Than a Name. More Than a Need.

Everyone who walks through our doors brings a story. Some stories are filled with joy and celebration. Others carry disappointment, uncertainty, grief, or struggles that aren't immediately visible. And many carry a little of both.
We don't believe our responsibility is to decide which stories matter. We believe our responsibility is to make room for people to share them.
That means taking time to listen. Learning someone's name. Remembering the conversation we had last week. Celebrating a small victory. Noticing when someone seems to be having a difficult day. And sometimes simply asking, “How are you doing?” - and being willing to stay long enough to hear the answer.
Because relationships aren't built through programs alone. They're built when people consistently show one another that they matter.

We See the Person.

People are more than the challenges they're facing.
We want every person who comes to the H.U.B. to experience

dignity, respect, and the reminder that their life has value.
Your circumstances do not define your worth.

We make time to listen

Listening communicates something important: your story matters.
We may not always have an answer, but we can offer

our attention, compassion, and willingness to understand.
Being heard can make a difference.

we walk together

We believe community grows when people support one another
through life's challenges and celebrations.
Not standing above one another.
Not assuming we have everything figured out.
But choosing to walk alongside each other.
Because hope is stronger when it's shared.

We Don't Want People to Simply Visit the H.U.B. We Want Them to Know They Belong.

There's a difference between being welcomed through a door
and knowing there's a place for you on the other side.
We want the H.U.B. to be a place where people are remembered.
Where their presence matters.
Where their absence is noticed.
Where relationships grow beyond a single meal, conversation, or visit.
And where everyone has the opportunity to

contribute something meaningful to the community.
Because belonging isn't simply about having somewhere to go.

It's about knowing you're part of something.

Sometimes the First Step Is Simply Saying Hello.

You don't need a special reason to visit the H.U.B.
Maybe you're looking for support.
Maybe you're hoping to connect with others.
Maybe you have questions about faith or life.
Or maybe you simply need a place where someone will greet you

with a smile and remember your name.
Whatever brings you here, we'd love the opportunity to get to know you.
Because community begins when we make room for one another.

A conversation can become a friendship.
A friendship can become a community.
And a community can become a place where hope takes root.

FAITH, QUESTIONS & THE JOURNEY

Your Journey. Your Questions. Your Pace.

You don't have to have all the answers to begin asking meaningful questions.

Faith doesn't always follow a straight line. Sometimes it's something we've carried with us for as long as we can remember. Sometimes it's something we're just beginning to explore. And sometimes life brings experiences that leave us questioning things we once thought we understood.
We believe those questions deserve room. Not judgment. Not pressure. Not someone rushing to provide an answer before we've even finished asking the question.
At Micah Mission and the H.U.B., we believe meaningful conversations about faith begin with listening, honesty, and mutual respect. You don't have to know exactly what you believe to be welcomed into the conversation.

It's Okay to Be Somewhere in the Middle.

Maybe you believe in God but have questions about faith. Maybe you've been part of a church for years but are struggling to make sense of something happening in your life. Maybe religion has been a source of pain rather than comfort. Or maybe you've never really given much thought to spiritual things until recently.
Wherever you find yourself, we want you to know something. You don't have to pretend to be somewhere you're not. You don't have to hide your doubts. You don't have to agree with everything we believe. And you don't have to participate in spiritual conversations unless you want to.
We're glad to share our Christian faith when someone is interested, but we're equally committed to respecting those who aren't. Because we believe genuine faith conversations should leave room for honesty, questions, and personal choice. Your journey deserves patience, not pressure.

Questions Are Welcome.

Faith often involves questions about life, purpose, suffering, hope, and what we believe. We welcome thoughtful conversations and honest questions. You don't have to pretend to have everything figured out.

Doubts Don't Disqualify You.

Life can challenge even deeply held beliefs. We recognize that people experience faith, uncertainty, and disappointment in different ways. Your questions don't make you any less welcome.

Your Pace Matters.

Some people want to talk about faith. Others would rather listen. And some simply want to enjoy the community without participating in spiritual discussions. Your choices and boundaries will be respected.

Faith Isn't Always About Having Everything Figured Out.

Life has a way of asking questions we never expected to face. Questions about purpose. Questions about suffering. Questions about whether tomorrow can really be different. And sometimes questions about God.

We don't believe every question needs an immediate answer. Sometimes what matters most is having a place where we can ask those questions honestly. A place where we can listen to one another. A place where disagreement doesn't have to become rejection. And a place where we can continue learning, growing, and discovering what hope might look like in our lives.

Because the journey matters, even when the destination isn't completely clear.

You Don't Have to Figure It All Out Alone.

Whether you're exploring faith for the first time, reconnecting with something you once believed, or simply looking for meaningful conversations about life, you're welcome at Micah Mission. Join us for Soup, Salad & Care for the Soul.
Come enjoy a meal. Listen to an inspirational message. Ask a question if you'd like. Or simply spend time with people who are glad you're there. No pressure to have the right answers. Just an invitation to share the journey.

You don't have to know exactly where the journey will lead.
You just need to know there's room for you along the way.
