Care & Coordination is where relationship meets next steps.

Through consistent presence and trusted connection, Micah Mission creates space for individuals to explore support, navigate resources, and identify pathways toward stability - at a pace that honors dignity and personal choice.

This work is not transactional or rushed. It is relational, patient, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people are seen, heard, and supported over time.

Women's Care Day

A focused, trauma-informed space designed to support women through relationship, dignity, and coordinated care. Women’s Care Day offers connection to resources, services, and trusted partners in an environment centered on safety and respect.

Men's Care
Day

A dedicated time for men to access relational support, conversation, and coordinated care. Men’s Care Day creates space for honest dialogue, encouragement, and connection to next steps toward stability.

Community Hours

Open Community Hours provide a flexible, welcoming space where individuals can connect with Micah Mission staff and volunteers, ask questions, build relationships, and explore available resources.

Sometimes the most
important step is simply knowing where to start.

Through these gatherings, individuals may be connected - when they choose - to housing resources, health services, community partners, spiritual support, or opportunities offered through the H.U.B. and the wider Lompoc Valley.
